Are you still experiencing a problem that Guardio hasn't resolved?
Many unwanted browser behaviors are caused by otherwise safe browser extensions that don't fully disclose extra actions they take when you're browsing the web.
When activating your Guardio membership, malicious extensions were disabled, however, we created an additional tool that you can use to disable any extension with the power to override your default search and new tab settings. Click here to run the cleanup tool and be sure to contact our support team if the problem persists after running the cleanup tool so that we can help!
Things like browser popups and notifications are often unique to your browser. By contacting our support team and attaching a screenshot of the popups, our engineers can identify their source and block those annoying popups from appearing for you. If you aren't sure how to take a screenshot, click here.

To cancel your Guardio membership:
Open your Personal Dashboard, select Account Settings, then select Cancel Membership.
When you cancel your membership, your protection will remain active until your current subscription expires, but you will not be charged to continue past that time.
