First, if you haven't already activated your coverage with Guardio, follow these instructions to ensure that Guardio is active and working to protect you from threats: How can I install Guardio for the first time?

If you continue to experience technical problems after Guardio has been installed:

  1. Visit your Personal Dashboard
  2. In the right column, select "Let Us Know!" found in the "Still got a virus?" section of the page.

  3. Provide as much information as possible in the form and submit it. Our engineers will investigate the problem and work to find a solution as quickly as possible.
