If you continue to experience technical problems after Guardio has been installed:
- Visit your Personal Dashboard
- In the right column, select "Let Us Know!" found in the "Still got a virus?" section of the page.
- Provide as much information as possible in the form and submit it. Our engineers will investigate the problem and work to find a solution as quickly as possible.
