Guardio will only charge you once per subscription period. If you see more charges than you expected, you might have more than one account with Guardio.
Our support team can help you locate the additional account and issue a refund of the duplicate charge. When you contact support, make sure to include the following information to help us locate the duplicate account:
- The last 4 digits of the card that was charged or the transaction id that appears next to each charge, if the charge occurred on Paypal.
- The dates of each charge.
- The charge amount.
- The full name that appears on the charged card or Paypal account.
