How do I contact Guardio support team?

At Guardio, we're all about making your experience smooth, secure, and hassle-free. If you ever find yourself with questions or just need a helping hand, our dedicated support team is ready to assist. 

Note: While we don't currently offer phone support, we've made it super easy to reach us through other channels. Choose the most convenient option and we’ll get right back to you!

Help Center: Before reaching out to the support team, we recommend checking's Help Center and FAQs. These resources may contain answers to commonly asked questions and provide solutions to common issues. You can find the Help Center here.

Email Support: Our email support is available 24/7 at Just drop us a message explaining the issue, and we'll get right on it. Be sure to include all the details of the issue you’re having, along with any relevant screenshots so we can help to the best of our abilities. 

Contact Form: You can use the contact form which is available at the bottom right of your dashboard and at the bottom of your mobile app home screen.

Fill out the required fields, including your name, email address, and a detailed description of the issue. This information will help our support team provide a more accurate and efficient response. When our support team responds to your request, you'll receive a response by email. You can also reference any of your past support requests here.

Report Security Issue Form: If you come across any security-related issues (for example a dangerous website that was not blocked by Guardio) please use our dedicated "Report Security Issue" form. This form can be found on your Dashboard, under the "Contact" section. By reporting security concerns through this form, you contribute to enhancing the overall security of Guardio and its users. Note that this is only available to Guardio Premium customers.

Identity theft resolution hotline: For Premium customers based in the US and Canada, Guardio offers a 24/7 hotline for identity theft resolution and fraud prevention. If your data has been leaked and you think you’re at risk, you can find the phone number for the hotline on the identity tab of your Dashboard.
