How do I contact Guardio customer service?

Write to us through our contact form or email support@guard.io. A person from our team reads every email reply.

Writing is the best way to get help with your account or a charge. Our answer comes by email.

Write to us

  • Email: write to support@guard.io. If you can, send it from the email on your Guardio account.
  • Contact form: use our contact form. After you send it, we email you a link to confirm your email address. Tap that link so your message reaches us.

What to include

  • The email or phone number you signed up with, plus any others you might have used
  • What you were trying to do, and what happened
  • Your device: iPhone, Android, Windows or Mac
  • A screenshot, if something looked wrong. See How to take a screenshot.
  • For a charge: the date, the amount and the last 4 digits of your card, or your PayPal email. Never send your full card number.

Already wrote to us, or still waiting for an answer?

Check your spam or junk folder for our answer. Search it for "Guardio". To add something, reply to the same email instead of starting a new one. That keeps everything in one place, so you don't have to explain it twice.

Is there a phone number?

Yes. Guardio's only official phone number is (771) 249-8378. A call can help with quick questions, like how your plan works or how to cancel. It can't look at or change your account. For anything about your account or a charge, only write to us. We will never ask for account information over the phone.

If you found a different number online, don't call it. See Fake Guardio phone numbers to avoid.

You never need to call anyone to cancel

You can cancel Guardio yourself in a few taps, and it's free. See How do I cancel my Guardio subscription?

Guardio will never:

  • charge you to cancel or to reach us
  • ask for your password, your full card number or a code we texted you
  • ask to connect to your computer or phone
  • ask you to pay with gift cards or a wire transfer
  • send you to another company, like JustAnswer, Subdelete or Unsubby, to manage your plan
