To create a new password:
- Head to the sign in page.
- Select Forgot Password? and enter your email address where prompted.
- Open your email inbox and locate the email with the subject: Your Password Reset Instructions.
- Select the blue Reset Password button in the email and follow the onscreen instructions to set a new password for your account.
If you don't see the password reset email in your inbox, make sure to check your Spam or promotions folders, in case your email provider delivered it there. If you're still not seeing it, double check to make sure you entered your email address exactly as listed on your account.
