How do I accept an invitation to join a Premium account?

To accept a Premium Plan Invitation:

1. From your computer, open your invitation email and select Accept Invitation
2. Enter your name and a new password of your choosing, then select Next
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Guardio browser extension
