Guardio automatically detects harmful emails that make it past your spam filter and alerts you right away. Malicious emails are designed to steal your money, information, or identity, so it’s crucial that you remove them from your primary Inbox by using the Report Spam feature.
On your Guardio dashboard, you’ll find a list of all the malicious emails in your inbox here:
How to remove malicious emails from your Inbox:
- Go to your Gmail inbox
- Search for the sender or email subject of the malicious email you’d like to remove. You can find the email details on the Email Protection page of your Guardio Dashboard.
- Important: DO NOT OPEN THE EMAIL
- Instead, click on the checkbox to the left of the sender.
- Repeat this process of checking the box for any malicious email you’d like to remove.
Once you’ve checked off all the malicious emails you’d like to remove, click Delete to remove them from your Inbox.
How to report malicious emails as spam on your Android/iOS:
- Open your Gmail app
- Search for the sender or email subject of the malicious email you’d like to remove. You can find the email details on the Email Protection page of your Guardio Dashboard.
- Important: DO NOT OPEN THE EMAIL
- Instead, tap on the icon to the left of the sender's name and subject line - A checkmark will appear and the email will be highlighted
- Repeat this process of selecting any malicious email you’d like to remove.
- Once you’ve checked off all malicious emails you’d like to remove, tap Delete to remove them from your Inbox.
Try to remove all the malicious emails you see on your Guardio Dashboard. This will keep your Gmail Inbox clear of harmful messages that compromise your personal data and online security.
