How do I change my subscription plan (Basic, Premium, and Guardio for Business)?

Changing your Guardio plan is pretty simple. If you’re not sure what plan you’re currently on, click here

Upgrading from Basic to Premium

If you’re currently subscribed to Guardio’s Basic plan and want to move to full protection, or if you recently canceled your Guardio trial or Premium subscription and want to go back to full protection you can renew your Premium subscription. 

Here’s how:

  1. Go to your Personal Dashboard.
  2. On the top right corner of the screen, you’ll see an icon with your initials. Click it.
  3. Select Subscription.
  4. Under Plan, click Change.
  5. Then click Renew Protection. 

  1. A pop-up window will appear. Click Renew Protection.

Note: If you never started a free trial of Guardio Premium and would like to do so, you can click the link on the bottom right of your Dashboard overview page

Downgrading from Premium to Basic

If you’re on Guardio’s Premium subscription plan and want to move to Basic Protection, you’ll need to cancel your Premium subscription. To do so, follow the instructions here
