Why am I getting billed after I canceled?

Please note: Guardio is not affiliated with JustAnswer, Unsubby, Xpendy, or any other third-party service offering tech support or subscription management. If another service claims to manage Guardio subscriptions, it is not official and may lead to additional or unauthorized charges.

If you have canceled your subscription, but continue to be billed by Guardio, this means you have more than one account with us. To find the account that's charging your card, please search each of your email inboxes for the word "Guardio" to find any of our emails. Once you find the right email address, you can reset your password and log in to the account to cancel the subscription.

If you're unsuccessful in finding the account, please contact our support team for additional help.

Make sure to provide to include the following information:

  • Date of the last charge from Guardio.
  • Amount charged.
  • Full name on the credit card.
  • For PayPal charged the PayPal transaction ID.
  • Phone number associated with the account
