How to Turn Off Your VIP Plan

If you'd like to turn off your VIP plan, follow these simple steps. 

Please note that turning off your VIP plan only disables the VIP features. It will not cancel your full subscription to Guardio. If you want to fully cancel your subscription, click here.

From the Guardio App:

1. Open the app and tap the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Tap Subscription.
3. Tap Manage Subscription.
4. Tap Plan.
5. Under Upgrades, toggle off VIP Support.
6. Tap Confirm Cancellation to save your changes.
   

From the Guardio Dashboard:

1. Log into your account at guard.io.
2. Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Click Subscription.
4. Click Plan.
5. Under Upgrades, toggle off VIP Support.
6. Click Confirm Cancellation to finalize.

This will turn off your VIP plan but keep your Premium subscription and features active.
