How do I check my plan status and renewal date?

You can see your current plan, renewal date, and auto-renewal setting at any time from your account. Here's exactly how to check.

On a computer

  1. Go to guard.io and sign in.
  2. Click your initials in the upper right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Click Subscription.

On the Guardio App

  1. Open the Guardio App.
  2. Tap Profile in the bottom right corner.
  3. Tap Subscription.
  4. Tap Manage subscription.

If the Guardio App says your plan expired but you're still paying

This usually means the Guardio App is signed into a different account than the one your subscription is under. Guardio accounts are tied to either an email address or a phone number, so if you signed up with one and signed in with another, the app won't show your active plan.

Sign out, then sign back in with the email address or phone number you used when you first subscribed. If you're not sure which one that is, check for a billing confirmation or invoice from Guardio.

If that doesn't resolve it, it's possible you created two accounts — for example, once with an email address and once with a phone number. To find all accounts linked to you, follow this guide. Once you've identified them, contact Guardio support at support@guard.io or call (771) 249-8378 and the team will help you sort it out.

If you want to turn off auto-renewal or didn't want your plan to renew

Guardio subscriptions renew automatically by default. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time — your plan stays active until the current period ends and Guardio won't charge you again after that. See How do I cancel my Guardio subscription? for the steps.

If your subscription expired and you want to restart

You can reactivate directly from your account settings. Click your initials in the upper right corner of the dashboard, click Subscription, then click Renew protection.
